Program Administration
RBP is a for-profit childcare agency. Our CEO/owner is responsible for its daily operations, and our director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the center. We focus on being a support system for the parents and children that rely on us. If your family is facing a problem, you can count on our leadership to provide the information you need to find help.
Our Staff
Our staff includes teachers with degrees in child development, early childhood education, and related fields. Every staff member has an FBI record check, BCI record check, and physical examination on file. They are carefully selected based on teaching experience and sensitivity to the needs of children and families. We seek employees that value working as a team with parents, colleagues, and volunteers.
Our teachers are not only passionate about early childhood development but also about teaching and learning Spanish and English. In this changing world, we all need to know more than one language. Learning a second language at an early age is much easier for children.
All of our teachers are committed to the “Step Up to Quality” standards of excellence. Additionally, continuing education is an important part of working at RBP. Each staff member attends training in communicable disease recognition, child abuse prevention, CPR, and First Aid. Our teachers also participate in a minimum of 10 hours of yearly professional development.

Our Diversity
A primary goal of RBP is to promote a diverse workforce that will enrich the children’s experiences. Our teachers come from countries as far away as Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and throughout North America.
